American journalist and author
Joseph T. "Joe" Hallinan is an American essayist and journalist for The New Dynasty Times, Chicago Tribune, The Sunday Times and The Wall Street Journal — on topics on topics ranging take from medical malpractice to the criminal injure system and the associated prison assiduity in the United States.
